The workshop is already set up in the QBE Claim Portal
In case the workshop has already registred and has a user on the QBE Claim Portal, the workshop should log in with its credentials to create an insurance claim in the QBE Claim Portal.
The workshop is NOT set up in the QBE Claim Portal
In case the workshops is not yet registred in the QBE Claim Portal, the workshop should send an email to FDM@dk.qbe.com with the information below, in order to create a user profile:
- Workshop name and address
- First name and last name of user at the workshop (there may be several, as user access is individual)
- Email address of the user
- Phone number (workshop/user)
- Hourly price excluding VAT
- Reg. and account no.
In most cases, the workshop will receive the following within 24 hours (weekdays):
- Approval of the workshop
- Login credentials to QBE Claim Portal
- User manual for the QBE Claims Portal
- Terms of Business
The workshop can then report the insurance claim and wait for approval, which in 90% of cases happens within 30 minutes.
